We want you to love your SeaVees, but if they aren't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.
Choose Your Option
Select whether you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size or return them for a full refund to your original payment method.
Print and Pack
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then place your unworn shoes back in their original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
